First thing, hello fans and friends. I took the month of April off from performing to do some recording studio work. I shall resume my performance schedule as usual in May.

Although it has not been formally announced as of yet, the rumor mill has been turning out stories that I (meaning my record company) have leased and intend to issue a CD collection of the famous 60’s group, “The British Walkers”. This rumor is entirely true. The CD plus a DVD interview is slated to be released June 15th of this year. Talk of a reunion performance has been circulating as well; this rumor is also true.

At this writing, the wheels are turning and an indefinite numbers of performances are either being discussed or finalized. The shows may go from North Carolina to New York and definitely in the Washington, DC area.

The lineup will be what is considered to be the definitive “British Walkers”. Bobby Howard singing up front, Jack Brooks on bass and vocals, Steve Lacey on drums, and Geoff Richardson (the last guitar player for the group 1967-68) taking the place of the late Jimmy Carter who passed away early this decade on lead guitar and vocals.

These rumors have generated a great many emails from fans all over the world asking about tour dates and CD sales. I intend to answer all of them and release information as it develops.

As it looks now, the lads will be flying in on July 7th with the tour to start shortly thereafter. The CD will contain all of their single releases (they never released an LP) plus a couple of never released surprises. The accompanying DVD interview was recorded just recently.
